It doesn't matter that this is low carb -- THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST DELICIOUS THINGS I'VE EVER EATEN. There is no way you're going to be able to tell this is low carb. My biggest problem is staying away from it. It calls to me....Beckons like a Siren. I'm using it as a "I have to have something chocolatey and sweet and right now", just eating a spoonful now and then. TRY THIS.
