Low carb pancakes with perfect texture and flavor at just 1 net carb per serving! These pancakes taste just like regular pancakes - they're light and fluffy.
Topped with cream, low carb maple syrup or some of our low carb preserves - you'll be looking forward to breakfast again! Our low carb pancake mix is super easy to make - it takes less than 5 minutes to add eggs, vanilla, butter and cream to the mix, and you get the most delicious pancakes you've had since you started the low carb lifestyle! We recommend adding some vanilla and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
These are the best low carb pancakes I've ever tasted. They come out soft, fluffy and a little crisp on the edges. I make a larger batch for the week and lightly toast in toaster oven for quick breakfast! Add a few blueberries or a few SF chocolate chips! Better than most pancake house full carb pancakes!
These are FABULOUS! When I first got them, I made a batch according to directions and dropped fresh blueberries onto them as the first side was browning. Tip: after the edges have firmed up, drizzle a little more batter on top of the blueberries before flipping, or lift smaller pancakes and drop some batter into the pan underneath them and then flip the pancake onto the new patch of batter. This keeps the blueberries from bursting all over the bottom of the pan and they end up in the center of the pancake. AMAZING. Next time I think I'll try adding some lemon zest and a touch more vanilla.
For my second batch, I added a tablespoon each of raw cacao powder and granular erythritol, five drops of chocolate-flavored liquid stevia, an extra 1/2 tsp vanilla, and 2 servings of the LC chocolate chips. Topped with some freshly whipped cream, I was dessert-for-dinner heaven, with not a blood sugar spike in sight!
Love everything about these pancakes except they are a bit too sweet for me. I wish there was a non-sweetened mix so that people could add their own sweetener to taste....or none at all. I prefer to add my own sweetener on top of un-sweetened pancakes in the form of sugar free maple syrup or fruit.
Otherwise they are perfect. Light, fluffy, brown up crisp on the outside, soft in the center. Bravo!

Fantastic mix. Also works amazing in a waffle maker. LC Foods continue to impress the heck out of me with everything I buy.
Love these. Accidentally made them with 4 Tbsp of cream instead of 4 tsp and they came out great, fluffier than usual and less dry. I use these to replace hamburger buns on my favorite grilled chicken sandwiches and they're amazing. I usually add more salt to the mix to counter the sweetness for pancakes that replace the buns. Just wish LC would show the full nutrition info for the final product, and not just the powdered mix.
I just had pancakes for first time in 3 1/2 months. I could not tell by taste they were low carb, very pleased with this product. I was worried at first the batter was a little thin but they made up great. 5 thumbs up!
This is by far one of the best items here. If prepared as instructed the pancakes are indiscerible from regular carb ones. I always order them when purchasing here.
These pancakes are so good- and so like the 'real thing'- that I teared-up a little the first time I ate them. Seriously. Pancakes are one of the things I miss the most about the LC lifestyle and this mix makes it all better!
I just made these tonight. They are amazing!

These pancakes are delicious, and just sweet enough. I'm not a big fan of the way LC sweetens some of its good (like the banana muffins), it's a bit too much, but these are perfect. I added a bit more vanilla AND about 1/4 tsp of maple extract, to bump up the flavor and the maple smell as I was cooking them was divine. I don't even need to use syrup, just slather them in some more butter. Cooked them in ghee (clarified butter) and they came out beautifully brown and crispy on the outside, nice and fluffy inside. Thanks LC!

I had the pancakes this a.m. All i can say is OMG
When I made the pancakes the batter seemed a little thick therefore I thinned it out a bit using the heavy cream. I also added cinnamon. I made one with the thicker batter then 3 with the thinner batter. We preferred the thinner ones. So that's how I'll make them from now on. Used butter and sugar free syrup...delicious!

Like my "no carb" pancakes but they're not really pancakes. These are pancakes! Love them and so does my husband who doesn't like the no carb ones. These are great with berries or sugar free syrup. And the best part is you're getting lots of protein to start your day off right.

I'm a carb-a-holic and l love pancakes. I've tried to duplicate them in the kitchen with flaxseed meal & almond flour recipes that have ended up in the trash after 2 bites. These I actually ate. The texture is a little off, but 80% hits the spot, and didn't get trashed.

Taste like a pancake... good for those that want something different than BACON AND EGGS in the morning. Though i wished it came out more fluffier...
