I'm not sure what happened, as my rolls wouldn't rise at all.... I'm guessing the yeast just wasn't fresh enough, even though it wasn't set to expire for 9 more months, but even still, these rolls were delicious and filling!

Another amazing product! I bake these up make 8 or 9 of them shaped like a hamburger bun and I freeze them after baking pull one out when we have burgers nuke it for 30 seconds to defrost and it makes the best bun ever!! Thank you so much for making these products! you are a life saver!

Awesome rolls. Makes great hamburgers. We add cheese and jalapenos or sweet onions to ours too change it up a little. mmm..... it is so nice to have a roll w/ my soup or a yummy little slider for lunch. A wonderful way to feel like I am not dieting thank you.

Easy to follow instructions. I decided to make the dinner rolls since I had tried them in the past. The dough rose as expected. I made half with egg brushed on top and half without. This mix tasted better than the previous mix. It was more "bread" like for lack of a better term. Overall all better than the previous mix. Texture is good and they look great.

My experience with your bread flour products in the past was that the pizza/calzone one was great, and the rest were less great. The new dinner rolls and white bread products were every bit as good as the pizza flour. Especially the dinner rolls - these were easily the favorite and I will be ordering more.

1 cup diced jalepenos (fresh) 1/2 cup bacon bits 16 oz. pepper jack cheese 1/4 cup diced onions (fresh) This makes incredible rolls with a little bit of kick (depending on how spicy the peppers are).

I was so tired of eating hamburgers without the bun. When I saw this I had to try it! And guess what... IT. WAS. GLORIOUS!!! light and airy and super filling! I had enough for a few days worth of hamburgers! I crafted my burger with the BUN and chowed down! My only complaint... and it was a biggie... WHY DIDN'T I ORDER ENOUGH OF THESE?!
