- In a large bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, pumpkin and oil. Mix well.
- Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon and mix thoroughly.
- Grease a jelly pan or a 9x11 glass pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until the middle doesn't jiggle.
- Cool and frost with LC-Cream Cheese Frosting.
