Pumpkin Bars

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups LC-Natural Sweet White
  • 2 cups canned pumpkin
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups LC-Cake Flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, pumpkin and oil. Mix well.
  2. Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon and mix thoroughly.
  3. Grease a jelly pan or a 9x11 glass pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until the middle doesn't jiggle.
  5. Cool and frost with LC-Cream Cheese Frosting.
