Try these tasty low carb black bean burgers using LC Foods Organic Cooked Black Soybeans!
Ingredients
- 2 cans of LC Foods Organic Cooked Black Soybeans
- ½ medium yellow onion, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 egg, beaten
- ½ cup of LC Foods Breading & Crusting
- 2 tbsp of taco seasoning
Instructions
- Add 2 cans of black soybeans (drained & rinsed) to a mixing bowl
- Mash beans until they are broken up a bit
- Add onion, garlic, bread crumbs and taco seasoning
- Mix together until well-blended
- Using hands, form patties to desired size
- In a frying pan, cook on medium for 12 min (6 min on each side)
- Add favorite toppings and LC Foods Tomato Ketchup (optional)
- Serve on LC Foods Hamburger Rolls (optional)
